A Happy Father’s Day?

My teacher gave my class a project to create our own magazine. I thought this would be a breeze and that I could easily finish this in two days. WRONG! Today my dad and I spent the entire fathers day doing this stupid project. I’m kind of mad at my teacher for having us work on this project during the father’s day weekend.
The only thing we got to do was give him some cards and tell him “Happy Fathers Day!” We spent a lot of quality time together working on this project and to admit, it looks pretty good. However, I was planning on my dad and I to spend some time doing things that WE enjoy. Like some boxing training, or eating out, or maybe going to the mall. so, while we’re here busting our chops on this project, the teachers are at home cuddling up with their husbands and having a good ole’ time. The cover page doesn’t have a picture yet but we’ve done the majority of the project.
Since father’s day was a ruin, I’ll have to make it up to him for his birthday. Next year I just wish that no teacher assigns a stupid project, because if they do…
